What’s happened?

To keep you and all Pockit customers safe we're reviewing your Pockit account. 
While we do this your account will be restricted. This means you won't be able to spend or withdraw money with Pockit.

This is in line with section 7.6 of the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up for a Pockit account.

What do you need to do?

Within next 7 days please email us at verification@pockit.com with the following:

1. A photograph (not a scan) of one of the following ID documents:

  1. Your passport OR
  2. Your driving licence OR
  3. A national identification card

If you're from outside the European Union please also send your residence permit or a document confirming your visa status.

2. A photo of you holding your ID next to your face

3. Please provide the following:

  1. Please tell us what is the source of the money in your Pockit account (e.g. wages or benefits)
  2. Please provide us with the pictures evidence of the source of funds (e.g. payslips, bank statements or any other paper-based evidence highlighting where the funds loaded into your Pockit account comes from)
  3. Please tell us what you use your Pockit account for

4. A copy of one of the following, dated within the last 3 months:

  1. A utility bill (gas, water or electricity)
  2. A council tax statement
  3. A bank statement
